🕒 Order Processing Time
On-Hand Bulk Orders: Orders fulfilled with in-stock inventory will typically ship within 7–10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Preorders: If an item is out of stock but available for preorder, shipping times will extend to 3–4 weeks to allow for restocking and processing.
During high-demand periods or special releases, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.

📦 Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages: If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered, but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier first. If the issue persists, reach out to us at support@galleria-arkhive.com.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
